What You'll Be Doing
As a Journeyman Electrician at Lighthouse, you will:
• Work alongside a team to complete commercial and residential electrical projects
• Coordinate with other trades and general contractors on job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Perform electrical calculations accurately
• Demonstrate strong field knowledge and leadership
• Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a professional who:
• Holds a state issued Journeyman Electrician license or is able to obtain one
• Has proven field experience as an electrician
• Demonstrates strong problem solving and technical skills
• Works well with others and contributes positively to team culture
• Takes pride in quality craftsmanship
• Is motivated by growth, teamwork, and building something long term
